Shipping Policy

All orders within the UAE are shipped using FedEx courier and delivery is free of charge. International orders are shipped using FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated according to your country at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

For all international orders, kindly note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes are determined as per the individual country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees for you.

Return Policy

Items purchased online may be returned to Yessayan for exchange or store-credit within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging. If you have any questions, please contact us at shoponline@yessayan.com before placing an order. We also recommend that you confirm the appropriate size for your pieces prior to placing your order by using our ring and wrist sizing guide found in the product page. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
